Information processed and purpose
When you use the contact form, we process your reply email, contact category, and message. We use them only to receive and answer the message, investigate issues, and prevent repeated abusive submissions. After a salary net-pay calculation is completed, the recent-calculations feature stores and publishes the pay basis, input amount, estimated monthly take-home pay, monthly non-taxable pay, dependent and child counts, withholding rate, reference month, policy year, and calculation time. After a loan-interest calculation is completed, it stores the loan amount, currency, annual rate, term, interest-only period, repayment method, representative monthly payment, total interest, and calculation time; the public list shows the loan amount, rate, term, repayment method, monthly payment, and total interest. To show the just-calculated result again after a refresh, its inputs and result are kept temporarily in the browser session for up to 30 minutes and are deleted when reset or when the session ends. This feature does not store an account, name, email address, IP address, or session identifier in its database. To limit repeated requests, the source address is used only in server memory for up to ten minutes and is not stored in the database.
Recent monthly dividend-goal calculations
After a monthly dividend-goal calculation, we store the currency, plan mode, monthly dividend goal, dividend yield, current dividend investments, monthly investment, expected total return, plan period, required investment, projected monthly dividend, and calculation time. The public list displays key goal, plan, and result fields.
Recent target-asset calculations
After a target-asset calculation, we store the currency, current assets, target assets, expected annual return, target period, entered monthly investment, required monthly investment, projected assets, and calculation time. The public list displays current and target assets, return, term, required monthly investment, and calculation time.
Retention period
Recent-calculation information is retained for up to 30 days to provide the public list and is then deleted. To keep the public list reliable, the oldest records may be deleted earlier when the total reaches 1,000 records. Contact information is kept in the service mailbox for one year after the inquiry is resolved and is then deleted. It may be retained only as long as necessary when a legal obligation applies or a dispute is still being handled.
Deletion
Messages are removed from the service mailbox and trash when the retention period ends or their purpose has been fulfilled. Any separately downloaded copy is also deleted in a manner that makes recovery difficult.
Third parties and advertising vendors
We do not sell or provide the personal information we directly process, such as contact messages and recent-calculation records, to advertising vendors. If Google AdSense ads are displayed, Google and third-party advertising vendors may process online identifiers, device and browser information, ad-interaction information, and visit information through cookies or similar technologies for ad delivery, frequency capping, measurement, and fraud prevention, under their own policies.
Email service and international processing
We use Gmail provided by Google LLC to deliver and store contact messages. When you submit a message, your email, category, and message may be transmitted over an encrypted connection and processed or stored on servers in the United States and other countries where Google data centers operate. The transfer occurs when you submit the form, and the information is retained for up to one year after the inquiry is resolved. You may choose not to use the contact form; the only consequence is that we cannot receive or answer the inquiry.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or restriction of processing for the contact information you submitted. Send the request through the contact page, and we will act without undue delay after confirming the requester.
Security measures
We limit collection to information needed to handle inquiries and apply safeguards such as encryption in transit and restricted access to the service mailbox.

Cookies, Google AdSense, and your choices
The service may display Google AdSense ads. Google and third-party advertising vendors may use cookies or similar technologies to provide personalized ads based on visits to this and other websites or apps. You can manage personalized-ad settings through Google's ad settings. In regions where consent is required by law or Google policy, including the EEA, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, personalized advertising and related technologies are used only after the required consent-management process.
